The Dimlux DXO HPS 400V 600/750W EL is a high-output horticultural lamp developed for 400V electronic HPS systems. Designed specifically for both dimming and boost operation, it delivers strong photon output across a wide power range while maintaining high efficiency at elevated wattages.

The spectrum is focused primarily in the orange and red regions to support flowering and fruiting, while still providing some blue output for vegetative growth. This makes the lamp suitable for full-cycle horticultural use where high-intensity HPS lighting is preferred.

Designed for Dimming & Boosting

The DXO 600/750W has been engineered for high-frequency electronic ballasts and operates across a 300–750W dimming range. Unlike standard 600W lamps, it is specifically designed to perform efficiently when boosted above its nominal 600W level.

High PAR Output

At 750W, the lamp produces 1536 µmol/s of PAR output within the 400–700 nm range and 1690 µmol/s across the broader 350–800 nm range.

System photon efficacy reaches 2.04 µmol/J for PAR and 2.24 µmol/J across the wider 350–800 nm spectrum at 700–750W.

Flowering-Focused Spectrum

The DXO spectrum is weighted towards orange and red wavelengths to support flowering and fruit development, while retaining enough blue output for vegetative growth.

The lamp also has a relatively high proportion of far-red output, with Dimlux specifying a red-to-far-red ratio of approximately 6:1.

Long-Term PAR Maintenance

The DXO range is designed for extended horticultural use, with Dimlux specifying approximately 95% PAR maintenance after 10,000 operating hours.
