The Micro Herb Training Tray is designed to help build strength in young micro herb plants during the early stages of development.

Unlike the Micro Herb Tray in which seeds are actually sown, the Training Tray is positioned on top of germinating seeds. As the seedlings emerge, they push against and lift the tray, encouraging stronger stem development before being allowed to green up.

How It Works

Place the Training Tray on top of your germinating micro herb seeds. As the seedlings grow upwards, they work against the weight of the tray, effectively providing resistance training for the developing stems.

Once this stage is complete, simply remove the Training Tray and allow the young plants to continue developing and green up.
