Bucker L® in Detail

Bucker L® is the first vertical and fully portable bucking system of its kind on the market.

With a durable stainless-steel body, a powerful motor, and a bucking capacity of up to 60 kg per hour, Bucker L® rapidly speeds up the pre-processing stage.

Four inlet holes with different diameters make it possible to handle stems of various sizes, from large outdoor stems to small side stems.

Two rotating rubber cylinders, powered by a strong motor and gearbox, provide enough performance at different speeds to process stems of varying thicknesses.

The cylinders pull each stem smoothly through the device, with an adjustable rotation speed for an efficient processing flow.

At the end of the process, the stems are discharged while the separated plant material can be collected in a bin or transferred directly onto the conveyor IN®.

With only two control buttons and one rotary switch, the machine is simple and safe to operate.

The high-quality motor helps move plant material smoothly through the entire processing workflow.

Bucker L® is mounted on a wheeled workstation, making the complete machine fully portable. When portability is not required, Bucker L® can also be safely positioned on a suitable flat working surface.
