Bucking and Trimming
Gain More Control and Increase Processing Speed
A bucker and trimmer make a perfect combination for professional growers moving from manual or semi-automated trimming to a fully automated process. This is an ideal place to start.
While the Bucker separates flowers from stems, the Automatic Trimmer completes the process with a clean and consistent trim.
With an overall bucking capacity of 60 g per hour using one Bucker L® and a trimming capacity of 16 kg per hour using one Automatic Trimmer XL®, this setup is designed to meet the needs of demanding growers.
Complete the Automatic Trimmer Line
Conveyor IN® and Conveyor OUT® add even more speed, control, and efficiency. Together, these two machines complete the automatic trimmer line.
Conveyor IN® automatically moves leafy flowers from the bucker and feeds them into the trimmer.
Conveyor OUT® moves the trimmed flowers from the trimmer to a container. While the flowers move along the conveyor, you can manually check the trimming quality and confirm that it meets your standards.
Modularity at Its Best
SUNFLOWER products can be combined in a range of different setups. You can start with two trimmers, add a bucker, and then introduce conveyors as your requirements grow.
This allows you to build an automatic trimmer line step by step, manage your return on investment, and create a solution that meets your current processing needs.
Performance and Quality
As your business grows, you may face new challenges involving capacity and quality. The Automatic Trimmer Line helps with both.
It increases processing capacity to as much as 60 kg per hour while giving you greater control over the quality of the finished output.
