3-in-1 Soil Monitoring

The sensor continuously measures three important root-zone conditions.

• Soil moisture (Volumetric Water Content - VWC)
• Soil temperature
• Electrical conductivity (EC)

This information helps optimise watering schedules, monitor nutrient levels, and maintain healthy root development.

Multiple Sensor Support

A single Spider Farmer GGS system can support up to six 3-in-1 Soil Sensor Pro units, allowing multiple pots or growing zones to be monitored simultaneously.

Earlier Spider Farmer soil sensors without the "Pro" marking remain compatible, although only one legacy sensor can be connected to each GGS system.

Smart GGS Integration

When connected to a Spider Farmer GGS Controller, soil measurements can be viewed remotely using the Spider Farmer App, allowing growers to monitor conditions and automate environmental control from anywhere.

Installation

For the most accurate readings, insert the probe horizontally into the growing medium approximately one-third of the way up the planting container, positioning it close to the root zone.
