These convenient valves are typically used in dripper systems to help prevent syphoning when the pump shuts off. They function by allowing water to flow from the pump, but when the pump stops, air is drawn into the pipe, breaking the syphon effect.

How to Use:

Connect the anti-syphon valve to a 13mm tee using a short piece of flexible pipe. Then, attach the tee to the pump using another length of flexible pipe. The remaining outlet of the tee can be connected to the flexible pipe that supplies the drippers.

Make sure to install the anti-syphon valve inside the nutrient reservoir, but positioned above the water level.
