The Vivosun AI GrowCam is an intelligent plant monitoring system designed to help growers detect changes earlier, understand plant behaviour more clearly, and keep a continuous visual record of each grow. Combining 4K imaging, AI-powered computer vision and smart environmental analysis, it provides an additional layer of insight beyond traditional temperature and humidity monitoring.

When potential issues are detected, alerts can help growers investigate earlier before problems become more severe.

Smart Plant Diagnosis

When abnormal plant conditions are identified, the intelligent diagnosis engine can analyse the issue further and provide possible causes together with actionable recommendations.

Thermal Imaging with AI GrowCam Pro

AI GrowCam Pro adds thermal imaging to continuously monitor leaf temperature. Changes in leaf temperature can provide useful indications of plant transpiration and environmental stress before visible symptoms become obvious.

This can help identify potential water stress, abnormal transpiration, excessive heat or VPD imbalance while providing additional information for environmental adjustments.

Light Cycle Monitoring

The AI GrowCam Series continuously monitors lighting conditions inside the grow space and can detect unexpected interruptions to the programmed light cycle.

When signs of abnormal transpiration, elevated leaf temperature or water stress are detected, the system can work with the X42 Protection Mode to reduce light intensity and adjust compatible environmental equipment to help limit further plant stress.

Grow Highlights & Grow Journals

Time-lapse photography allows growers to capture plant development from germination through vegetative growth and flowering. Captured images and highlights can be organised into a Grow Journal for easier review, comparison and sharing.
